How should I wash my Panzii pieces?
To keep your garments beautiful, all our clothes are hand wash only. Most of our pieces feature delicate hand embroidery done by artisans, and machine washing can damage the intricate threads and details. We recommend a gentle hand wash in cold water followed by laying flat or hanging to dry to preserve the quality of your heritage pieces.
What is your policy for returns and exchanges?
Your happiness is our goal. We accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or damaged items if you reach out within 7 days of delivery through our contact form. Once approved, we will send a shipping label, though return fees are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be in their original, unused state and packaging to qualify for a refund or swap.
